Willard Eugene Yawn, 79 retired road engineer for the Florida Department of Transportation died Thursday September 8, 2005 at Bainbridge Health Care.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be at 3p.m. on Sunday September 11, 2005 at Pisgah Church Cemetery in Climax, GA. Family will receive friends Saturday September 10, 2005 from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home. Faith Funeral Home (850-539-4300) in Havana is handling the arrangements. Mr. Yawn was born on November 21, 1925 in Climax Georgia. He was a longtime member of Santa Clara Baptist Church in Quincy.
He is survived by his wife Margie H. Yawn of Havana. A son Michael D. Yawn of Havana, his brother Wilson Yawn of Tallahassee. Two sisters Anita Johnson of Havana and Murtle Dawkins of Quincy. One grand-son Jason M. Yawn of Havana.
