Robert David Klug

Robert “Bob” David Klug, 58, of Tallahassee, Florida by way of Northern Michigan, passed away peacefully in his home Thursday, February 23, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.
Bob was born on October 10, 1958 in Bay City, Michigan to Erling and Ellen Klug and spent most his life ministering and spreading the word of God. He began his ministry as a campus pastor in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and continued throughout the United States with Revival Holy Ghost meetings where he was known as the “Preacher of Joy” who always had a corny joke and wry smile to accompany him. In his final call to the ministry, Bob authored a book titled “The Cloud, The Mystery, and The Trumpet”.
He is survived by his wife Karen Klug; his son Joshua Klug and expectant wife Juliann; his daughter Julie and husband Brian Kever; his stepson Will Reeves and wife Hannah and their daughter Lillian; his sister Patricia “Patty” Petrie; and his brother Richard “Ricky” Klug.
The funeral service and celebration of  his life will be held at Faith Funeral Home located at 6972 Florida/Georgia Highway in Havana, Florida on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Friends and family will be greeted at 1:00 PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to https://www.gofundme.com/2aygy27g.
