Mary Neal Williams, 68 of Concord died Thursday, June 22, 2006,at her home. The graveside funeral service will be at 2:00, (EST) Sunday at Concord Cemetery in Havana. The Family will receive friends Saturday from 6 till 8 p.m. at Faith Funeral Home in Havana ( 850-539-4300).
Mrs. Williams was born in Grady County. She had lived in Concord for more than 45 years. She was a member of Concorida Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, and a loving mother, an exceptional and wonderful wife, She was a selfless person always putting other people first, and very independent spirit. She enjoyed cooking for her family and a very special and caring grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Williams of Concord, FL. Five sons; Jimmy Williams (and wife Lee) of Jacksonville NC, Charlie Williams (and wife Vicki) of Tallahassee, Ronald Thomas (and wife Diane) of Calvary Ga., James Thomas (and wife Linda) of Calvary, GA., and Jeff Williams (and wife Brenda) of Concord, Two daughters; Pamela Rehberg (and husband Charlie) of Jacksonville FL.), Deborah Stephens and (Fiancé Lavert) of Dothan AL, a brother Donald Chason (and wife Marlyn) of Bristal IN. a sister Evelyn Nelson Calvary Ga. Fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Mrs. Williams was preceeded in death by her daughter Teresa Williams, and grandson Josh Thomas.
