Mary Blomberg Leonard
Mary winged her way to paradise late Sunday evening, December 15, 2013.
Mary was born July 23, 1937 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Mary is survived by her husband, Bill Leonard, daughters, Mary Martin Reid (Barry), and Madalyn Marie Chapman, son, Howard Martin Blomberg (Laura), her sister, Carolyn Hiers-Farrell (Bill), twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous friends associated with the Bahá'í community, Salem United Methodist community, the Red Hat Society, Havana Community Cares, the Women of Substance Book Club Revamped, the Havana Book Club, and the Havana Garden Club.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at 2 pm at Faith Funeral Home Chapel , 6972 FL/GA Hwy, Havana, FL with the internment at Woodland Cemetery. followed by a reception back at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in her memory be made to Kidney Research, or Loans to Kiva. At Mary's request, please wear colorful clothing.
