Margie B. Fountain (Toole)

Margie B. Fountain (Toole) passed away on January 25, 2020 at Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, FL.

Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., funeral service at 2:00 p.m.,Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel.The family will host a reception after the service at the funeral home. Graveside interment will be approximately 5:00 p.m. at Roseland Cemetery, East Madison Street in Monticello, FL.

Margie was born on October 13,1936 in Meigs, GA to James William and Trudy Mae Brock of Monticello, FL. Margie loved the Lord and was a great witness to everyone she met. She was always willing to open her door to those in need. Margie was a wonderful artist with a vivacious personality. She loved to write songs and earned a national award for her poetry. Margie was a true fashionista who liked her bling!

She is survived by her children Marty (Julie) Toole of Sartell, MN; Mary Jo (Morris) Duncan of Havana, FL; Jeanie Henson of Tallahassee, FL; Betty Sue Toole of Tallahassee, FL; Cynthia Oliver of Tallahassee, FL; Diane Key of Monticello, FL; Ronnie Toole of Tallahassee, FL; beloved sister Judy (Tommy) Tyson of Pelham, GA; eighteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Luther Fountain and Jesse Toole, her daughter Catherine Curry, her son Johnny Fountain, her grandchildren Arthur (Art) Handley, Jr. and Toni Michelle Stotz.
