Margaret Ann Gibbs

Margaret Ann Gibbs 79, of Lake Tallavanna, FL passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. noon on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ken Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Havana.

Mrs. Gibbs was born on February 1, 1939 in Madison County, FL the daughter of the late Jeff Dixon and the late Juanita Dixon Farnell. She was the owner of Margo’s Hair Fashion and Margo’s Galore. Known to her late husband as Blondie, she was a strong faithful servant of the Lord and an active member of Bethel Baptist Church. Called Meme by all the children, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will forever be remembered as beautiful person inside and out, who loved to laugh and visit over a glass of sweet tea.

Survivors include his son Randy Gibbs (Cindi) of Tallahassee; three daughters Rhonda Maxwell (Roger) of Tallahassee; Sherree Blount (Jim) of Tallahassee; and Sheila Pittard (Craig) of Pensacola. Seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
