Larry Campbell
July 2, 1932 — February 2, 2016
Larry Nelson Campbell, 83, Havana. Fl. passed away peacefully on the night of Tuesday, February 2, 2016.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Tallahassee National Cemetery 5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311.
Survivors include his daughters Patricia Kent (Scott); Tina Beadnell (James); son Larry Campbell III and Emory Campbell. His beloved dog PG. Larry had two sisters, Shirley Carey of Port Charlotte, FL and Ellen Landess (predeceased).
Larry enlisted in the USAF in 1950 and served in Korea until 1954. After service Larry attended FSU, graduating with a BS in Business in 1958. Larry worked 27 years with the State of Florida, Department of Insurance , as an insurance auditor. later after state retirement created an insurance consulting group that was widely respected and utilized nationally.
Larry’s family would like to thank Dr. Russell and her staff, Big Bend Hospice, and Hopewell in Home Senior Care for all the special care given to Larry Campbell.
