John Harold Holm, 90 of Westminster oaks, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007, in Tallahassee. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Katherine "Kitty" Holm of Tallahassee Florida.
A private memorial service is planned. Family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. EDT Sunday, May 20, 2007 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com). At the family's request , memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
"John Harold" as he was known by his friends, retired from Owen Illinois Inc. He was a draftsman. He and his wife moved to Havana in 1955, where he was active in the community and served 13 years as a Havana Town Councilman. He enjoyed living and playing golf at Havana Country Club.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as an intelligence officer. He was a Mason and a York Rite.
