Biography

Jimmy Dale Riggles 72, of Crawfordville, FL passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at Big Bend Hospice House.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Concord Cemetery with Randal Freeman officiating. His family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Faith Funeral Home in Havana (850.5394300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com )

Mr. Riggles was born March 5, 1943 in Mountain View, OK to the late Mary Lee Rogers. He worked at Florida State University “ he painted the football field” after 33 years he retired to spend more time with his family. Mr Riggles never met a stranger and loved going out to eat with family and friends. He was an avid NOLES fan. He also loved his two dogs Lulu and Mocha.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years Cheryl Willis Riggles; one son Kevin Dale Riggles (Tonya); one daughter Genja Lee Cornwell (Pat Calhum) his son-n-law Ward Thaxton; Grand children Carla Barwick (Paul Gaulden); Billy Starr Cornwell; Brreanna Riggles; Tatyana Riggles; Jordon Riggles; Chanse Riggles and Amaya Riggless. Great Grand children Carlos Jackson Barwick; Makayla Lynn Barwick and Brooke Lee Barwick. One Brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Willis (Sam); Nieces Heather doxsee and Holly Willis and a nephew Ben Willis

He is also survived by his very dear friends Barbra & Leslie Freemman; Gwen Wall, and Randal & Betsy Freeman.
