Vivian Jeanette Barber, 74 of Concord died Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be at 1: 00pm, Friday November 9, 2007 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel with a private internment at Concord Cemetery in Havana. Mrs. Barber was a member of Concorida Baptist Church. She was a lifelong resident of Concord Community. She was famous around Concord for her cooking and sharing her delicious pound cakes. She was a retired supervisor with Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
She is survived by her two brothers Jerry Poppell (and his wife Ann) and Bill Poppell (and his wife Mary) both of Concord. One sister Willie Lou Sadler of Concord. And several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jerd Barber, and her parents William and Nettie Lou Poppell.
