Hazel Fern Caldwell, of Havana, Fla went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2012.
Born in English, Ind., on September 25, 1926, the daughter of Luther and Eunice Landers. She moved to the Alexandria area in 1934, to Summitville in 1948 and to Florida in 1978.
She is survived by her two sons, Leslie Ronald Caldwell, Jr. and his wife, Julie Caldwell, Tampa, Fl.; Franklin Lee Caldwell and his wife, Connie Caldwell, Alexandria, Ind. and her daughter Shari Jo (Caldwell) Anderson and her husband, Keith Anderson, Havana, Fla.; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie Ronald Caldwell, Sr. and her grandchildren, Eric Patrick Caldwell and Amy Caldwell and her 6 siblings.
A viewing will be held at Blount, Curry and Roel Funeral Home, 3207 West Bearss Ave. Tampa, Fl. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm. A service will be held graveside on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 3:30 pm at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 US Highway 301North, Thonotosassa, Fla 33592
