Glenda Ellen Roudabaugh

June 21, 1950 — December 20, 2018

Tallahassee, Florida

Glenda Ellen Roudabaugh, age 68, quietly passed away December 20, 2018 surrounded by her three daughters: Amanda Smith [35], Rachel Roudabaugh [34] and Shauna Murphey [32]. Glenda was born June 21, 1950 in Houston Texas to Glen and Doris Scott. She is survived by her three brothers: Bruce, Mark, and Greg Scott; her three daughters: Amanda, Rachel, and Shauna; and her two granddaughters: Caileigh Murphey and Taia Roudabaugh.

Glenda was a faithful child of God and had an unbelievable ability to share her personal story and the word of God with others wherever she went; she never met a stranger. As a faithful Christ follower, Glenda served the church and community in countless ways. She was a part of the Anglican 4th Day Movement from 2005 until 2014; she served on Leon County Women's Kairos from 2014 to 2016; she was a part of St Luke's Altar Guild from 2016 to 2018; she was a Clerk for St Luke's Vestry from 2016 to 2018; she was part of St Luke's Newcomer and Visitor Welcome Ministry from 2016 to 2018; and she was a devoted member of the Esther Chapter of Daughters of the Holy Cross since 2010.

Glenda celebrated her 15th birthday in recovery December 3, 2018. Throughout those fifteen years, she lived every moment with intentions of leading others to Christ through her story, in hopes of saving them from the pain and suffering of addiction.

A celebration of life for Glenda will be January 19, 2019 at 10:30am at St. Luke Anglican Community of Life, 3725 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee FL, 32311 led by Father Jim.

The family asks that you wear purple [Glenda's favorite color] to celebrate her life and memory.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in honor of Glenda and her life to the building fund at St. Luke Anglican Community of Life.
