Ethel Potter Cundiff Rowan 91, of Havana, formerly of Woodstock, GA passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at her daughters home.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Sycamore Cemetery in Greensboro, FL. with Pastor Dennis Young officiating. Faith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com)
Mrs Rowan was born June 6, 1923 in Sycamore FL, the daughter of the late Edgar Marcellus Potter and the late Zilphia Nettles Potter. Mrs Rowan loved her family, she enjoyed reading and gardening, she had a true "green-thumb" she also enjoyed bird watching and all of God's nature.
She is survived by her three daughters Janice Cundiff Smith, Helen Cundiff Johnson (husband Charles) and Carolyn Cundiff Carlson (husband David); her sister Marcelle Johnson (husband George); her grandchildren Marie Carlson Teslo, Keith Johnson, Katy Flowers, Jennifer Smith Skrapka, Tony Carlson, Teena Cundiff Collins and Kristi Johnson. multiple great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren
She is preceded in death by her husband Frank M. Rowan, Jr; her son James "Jimmy" Cundiff and two grandsons Jeffrey and Joey Smith.
