Biography

Edward A. Campbell 67 of Tallahassee, FL. passed away Friday, August 29, 2014 at Big Bend Hospice House, with his family at his bedside.

The graveside funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Woodland Cemetery in Havana, FL. His family will receive friends from 10 until 12 noon at Faith Funeral Home (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com)

He was born November 14, 1946 in Tallahassee, He resided in Tallahassee and Concord with his mother Madeline Hatcher most of his life. Edward was an avid outdoorsman and skilled fisherman, who had endless passion for helping friends and family. He would not miss an opportunity to catch that record fish, and was talented enough to make it possible, the only thing that came before the love for the outdoors was the chance to help a friend or family member. He was a devoted and loving son, brother, father and grandfather that loved spending time with his family. He was a man of tremendous honesty and character.

Edward is survived by his brother Ary J. Miller (wife Catherine); a sister Theresa Miller; daughter Christy Keesee, and his son in law Tim Keesee. He was a proud "PAPA' to granddaughter Amanda and Cody Poppell; and granddaughter Taylor Keesee all of Tallahassee.

He was preceded in death by his mother Madeline Hatcher, son Chip Campbell, and his brother Roy Campbell.
