Dagmar Whitehurst of Tallahassee, formerly of Havana, FL, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2021 at Seven Hills Nursing Home.
Born in 1939 and raised in Germany. After moving to the states, she became a Walgreen's employee, and retired with 30 years of dedicated service.
Dagmar was predeceased by her husband, Fernie Whitehurst; son, William Randolph Whitehurst; parents, Robert and Wally Taube; and sister Edith Mosley.
Dagmar is survived by her sister Gissela Ramsey; daughters, Vicky Whitehurst and Virginia Maddox; son, John Robert Whitehurst; stepdaughters, Cathy Mulvaney and Judy Tagliareni; grandchildren, Mallory Bertelson, Caprice Stokes, Rusty Mulvaney, and Sonia Nadel; great grandchildren, Loxley, Lexington, and Finn Bertleson.
Faith Funeral Home in Havana, FL. is assisting the family with arrangements. A family service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Seven Hills Nursing Center for their dedication in taking care of Dagmar in her last four years of life.
