Colleen Ballou Payton, 70, Havana, FL. passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The family is planning a private memorial service for a later date.
Mrs Colleen was born April 1, 1946 in Mercer County, NJ, She was the daughter of the late Phillip Ballou, and the late Pauline Doyle Ballou. She was the co-founder/owner of Wayside Farm General Stores I and II. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.
She is proceeded in death by her husband William Payton in 1995.
She is survived by her son Sean Payton (Carrie) of Huston, TX; two daughters Kari Kohler (Kenny Godwin) of Telogia; and Patti McCord (Rhett Rentz) of Tallahassee. Sister Kathy Sisco (Ron), brother Sean Kingman (JoAnne). Five grandchildren Michael, Lacey, Connor, Cole, and Colin, two great-grandchildren Destiney, and William; and her nephew Robert Sisco.
