Billy Dean Register, 72 of Havana died Sunday, November 19, 2006 in Okaloosa County. The funeral service (with military honors) will be at 11:00 A. M. Friday, November 24 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 til 8:00 P. M. at the funeral home. Mr. Register was of the Pentecostal faith were he attended many area churches. He was a Certified Public Accountant. He owned Register's Accounting in Havana for more than thirty years. He was a graduate of Florida State University. He was a disabled US Navy veteran having served in the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife Judith Wilkinson Register of Havana, two sons Marcus D. Register (and wife Susan) and Matthew W. Register all of Havana. A daughter Martha G. Register of Havana. Three brothers Levon C. Register (and wife Elmaise) of Franklin Springs, Ga., Bobby J. Register (and wife Rosa Lea) of Melbourne, Fl. and Glen K. Register (and wife Betty) of Tallahassee, Fl. a brother-in-law Dozier Barlett of Havana, Fl. one sister Evelyn R. Kunkler of Brandon, Fl. One grandson Jeremiah D. Register, and five granddaughters Alisha Estep, Jessica Register, Brandi Register, Gracie Register, and Matti Register. One great grandson Ethan Estep
