Raymond "Billie" Poppell 89, of Concord, FL passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021.

Billie was Born on March 5, 1932 in Concord, FL. The son of the late Raymond Poppell and the late Mary Pearl (Stephens) Poppell.

He is survived by his sons Douglas Ray Poppell, Henry Allen Poppell both of Havana, and Timothy Lee Harrison Poppell Crawfordville. Grandchildren Caitlin Elise Poppell, Caleb Nathaniel Poppell, Christopher Douglas Poppell, Laura D. Poppell, Jamie Poppell. Scott Hutchinson, Rachel Vickery, Kayla Tipper and Joshua Roberts. and many great grandchildren.

Two sisters Barbara Poppell Stephens (husband Neal) of Havana and Alice Holland Bryant (husband Lex) of Jacksonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Timothy Lee Poppell and daughter Azalea Nicole Harrison Poppell.
