Archibald Freeman

December 27, 1938 — August 17, 2006

Archibald Nicholson Freeman, 67, a retired Methodist minister, died Monday August 14, 2006 in Kingman, AZ. The service will be at 7 p.m. EDT Friday at the Chapel of Faith Funeral Home in Havana. (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com) with the burial at Nicholson-Freeman Cemetery in Havana. The family will receive friends from 5p.m. EDT until the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Freeman was born December 27, 1938 in Havana. He attended the Emory School of Theology in Atlanta, GA from 1965 to 1968, graduating with his Master of Divinity. He served as a pastor in many United Methodist Churches across the Northwestern Conference He left the ministry but kept his credentials performing some weddings and funerals and occasionally filling in as minister. Mr. Freeman also worked at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada as a civilian computer engineer until he retired.
Survivors include two sons John A. Freeman of Tacoma WA. and James R. Freeman of Kent, WA., A brother, Jack Freeman of Havana. He was preceded in death by his Father Howell "Jack" Freeman and his mother Eleanor Nicholson Freeman.
