Amy Geraldine Gleaton

Amy Geraldine Gleaton 88, Tallahassee, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 in Woodland Cemetery in Havana, Florida at 2pm. Faith Funeral Home & Crematory is handling the arrangements (www.faithfuneralhome.com or 850.539.4300)

Mrs. Gleaton moved to Tallahassee in 1948 from southern Georgia, she was very proud of her time spent volunteering at Grady County Hospital in Cairo, Georgia. She enjoyed reading but most of all spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son William K. Gleaton of Tallahassee, one daughter Vicky Moody (husband Michael) of Duncan, South Carolina. One grandchild Leah Lannie (husband Mathew) and four great-grandchildren; Audriana, Xander, Dominic and Gray.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Gleaton, two brothers: Travis and Robert Goolsby, a sister Maxine Kelley.
