Agnes Inita Holland

Agnes Inita Holland, 76 of Tallahassee, FL passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at TMH First Commerce Center for Compassionate Care surrounded by her family. 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana, FL. Interment will follow the service at Antioch Church Cemetery in Climax, GA with Pastor Tony Kelly officiating. The honorary pallbearer will be the men of New Journey Baptist Church in Tallahassee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 5 till 8 PM.

Mrs. Inita was born on August 2, 1947 in Quincy, FL. The daughter the late Walter Pullam and the late Frankie (Kever) Pullam. She grew up in the Hosford and the Telogia area of Liberty County. She attended and graduated from Liberty County High School. On December 3, 1971 she married the love of her life Joseph H. Holland. They were married 52 years. 

Mrs. Inita was faithful member of New Journey Baptist Church in Tallahassee. She was a dedicated wife and mother. She was a pleaser and she loved helping other people. She was a virtuous woman to her husband and family. But, most of all she adored her husband, daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Holland of Tallahassee, FL; and her two daughters Kimberly Hitson (husband Lee) of Climax, GA and Rebecca (Becky) Stellefson (and husband Mike) of Tuscaloosa, AL. Her grandchildren Katy Knowles and Landry Stellefson and Ashton and Caden.  Her great grandchildren Kayden, Holden, and Kensley. Her nephews Matt Durden (wife Patrice); Mitchell Phillips (wife Marsha) and Randy Durden; her nieces Dana Durden, Valerie Downum and Agnes Seaman. And her very special aunt Nadine Gairns.        

She is proceeded in death by her parents, and her brothers and sister Walter (Bud) Pullam; Mary-Jane Layfield; Genelle Durdan; and an infant sister.
